Volleyball

Volleyball is a sport that develops serving, serve receiving, setting, and attacking, skill-sets necessary to realize both individual and team success.  Students participating in volleyball usually do so for countless reasons, among these is a desire to improve physical conditioning and to gain confidence; focus is on basic physical, game, and playing skills; absolutely no prior experience is required.
