Track and field is a sport that nurtures athleticism, ability, and a desire to improve, skill-sets necessary to realize both individual and team success. Students participating in track and field usually do so for general reasons, which includes is a desire to improve health related habit and competition skills; concentration centers on consistency, communication, and commitment; absolutely no prior experience is required.

Spring Season: April to June
- Practices: 3/wk.
- Meets: Wednesdays, 4-6 pm, May through June.
