Basketball is a sport that progresses ball handing, passing, shooting, and defending skills, skill-sets necessary to realize both individual and team success. Students participating in basketball usually do so for several reasons, among these is a desire to improve confidence and being in the moment; attention is on basketball, physical, and teamwork skills; absolutely no prior experience is required.
