Parent-Teacher Meetings:
Parent-teacher meetings for second semester will be held on Wednesday March 11th from 3:30 – 5:00 pm, and from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.

Online booking for parent-teacher interviews will open on Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00pm and close on Monday, March 9th at noon.

When booking please note:
• You will book one appointment at a time – you need to go through the process below for each teacher you want to book with.
• We strongly suggest that parents/guardians avoid booking back to back appointments as this allows more time for transitions between appointments/different teacher locations (Teachers are typically organized by last name A->Z; Counsellors will be located in the counselling Centre).
• This semester we are doing parent-teacher meetings in person at the school. Leadership students will be available to provide directions within the school.
• Booking closes at noon on Monday, March 9th at noon.

Step by Step:
• Click on the following link: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/VictoriaHighSchool@gvsd61.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
• Click in the section “Select Staff (Optional)” on the drop down arrow to find the teacher’s name
• Click on the interview time you prefer
• Go to: Add your details and add: Name, Email, Phone Number
• Go to: Provide additional information Enter your student’s name (please provide usual first and last name)
• Click the Have Read box reminder that you have selected the teacher you want to meet with
• Click ‘Book’ to complete process Note: Repeat process for each teacher you are booking
