Parent-Teacher Meetings:
This year parent-teacher meetings for first-semester classes will be held on Wednesday, October 30th from 3:30 – 5:30 pm, and from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.

Online booking for parent-teacher interviews will open on Monday, October 21st at noon and close on Monday, October 28th at noon.

When booking please note:
• You will book one appointment at a time – you need to go through the process below for each teacher you want to book with.
• This semester we are doing parent-teacher meetings in person at the school throughout the first-floor hallways and communal spaces.
• Booking closes at noon on Monday, October 28.

Step by Step:
• Click on the following link: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/VictoriaHighSchool@gvsd61.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
• Click in the section “Select Staff (Optional)” on the drop down arrow to find the teacher’s name
• Click on the interview time you prefer • Go to: Add your details and add: Name, Email, Phone Number
• Go to: Provide additional information Enter your student’s name
• Click the Have Read box reminder that you have selected the teacher you want to meet with
• Click ‘Book’ to complete process Note: Repeat process for each teacher you are booking
