Course Changes – September 2025

Instructions for Requesting a Course Change – Sept 2025:

  • The form will be open from Tuesday, Sept 2nd until noon on Friday, Sept 5thStudents will have another opportunity to request changes for Semester 2 courses at the start of Semester 2.
  • Submit one form only. Click on the QR code below or follow the link (https://bit.ly/vhsrequestsept2025) to access the form.
  • Requests will be processed in priority order. Please note space in classes is very limited. If your requested course is full, you will be placed on a waitlist.
  • Grade 11 and 12’s may request ONE study block; Students assigned to study block will be required to sign into and work independently in the library or other approved location. Students who don’t have a class or a study block are asked not to be on campus during their unassigned time. Parent permission may be required for these requests.
  • Grades 9-11 are required to have 8 courses in timetable.
  • Changing a course could change your other courses.
  • If we are able to make the course change, we will notify you through email. If you don’t hear from us, the change was not possible.
  • NEW: After September 2nd, please check Student Connect for student’s updated schedule. Uploaded schedules will be uploaded once per day, at the end of each day, from September 2nd to September 9th. Detailed instructions for this process will be shared via email with all families.
