Track and field is a sport that nurtures athleticism, ability, and a desire to improve, skill-sets necessary to realize both individual and team success. Students participating in track and field usually do so for general reasons, which includes is a desire to improve health related habit and competition skills; concentration centers on consistency, communication, and commitment; absolutely no prior experience is required.

- Boys & Girls (Junior & Senior)
- Students compete in individual and teams
- Three female students qualified for the Islands’ in 100 metres, 200 metres, and 800 metres
Spring Season: April to June
- Practices: 3/wk.
- Meets: Wednesdays, 4-6 pm, May through June.

Team Selection: After Spring Break
Season of Play: Practices begin in late March for meets weekly in April and May.
Time Commitment: As little as 1 day per week to 3 days per week, depending on events entered.
