Cross-country is a sport that employs stamina, endurance, and grit, skill-sets necessary to realize both individual and team success. Students participating in cross-country typical do so for a variety of reasons which may include, increasing aerobic fitness to participate in other sports; running distance between 4 and 7 km; absolutely no prior experience is required.
- Boys and Girls (Junior & Senior)
Fall Season: September to November
- Practices: 3/wk.
- Races: 1/wk.
- Early September
Season of Play
- Meets days rotate.
- 1 day per week plus individual workouts.
- Championship play until mid-November.
